All in stock orders placed before 12PM PST will ship within a day . If an item is out of stock we will promptly contact you.
All products are shipped via UPS, FedEx and USPS.
Your item is subject to ship from our facility in Las Vegas or drop ship directly from the manufacturer.
In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify European Turning Parts within 48 Hours of receiving your order.
If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:
Keep the product with its original packaging and box
Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
Garage99, LLC will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Garage99, LLC.
Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.

Please inspect items immediately when received. Read conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns and exchanges.
Returns:
- All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process. If you wish to retain store credit, the restocking fee may be waived. Please inquire for details.
- All electronics returned need to be sealed and in their original packaging and the tamper seal intact in order to receive a credit, exchange, or refund.
- Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. Contact us for a RAN# (Return Authorization Number) and specify your reason for return. All return inquiries must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your RAN#.
- Returned items must be in brand new condition in original packaging.
- Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
- No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order items.
- Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.
Exchanges:
- Please contact us if inquiring about an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order. If a mistake was made by Evasive Motorsports, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible.
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Garage99, LLC does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacture, will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by Garage99, LLC, however we can only enforce the manufactures decisions.
By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing.
Please contact our staff, we process your order electronically. Therefore, your order may be processed when you ‘complete purchase’. Please contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order. Do not assume we will see your e-mail in time as we get hundreds of e-mail messages per day. We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order.
Due to the cost of processing refunds, there will be a 5% cancellation fee on all orders placed but canceled prior to shipping. This does not apply to returns & exchanges. Please refer to returns & exchanges if your order has already shipped.
Your order must be confirmed by an Garage99 customer service representative if it has not shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer or distributor. Once confirmed, you will be issued a credit or refund minus cancellation fees within 7 business days.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price change, Evasive Motorsports will notify you and obtain your approval before processing or canceling your order.
Items are considered special orders if they are not normally stocked items. For example, if an item needs to be ordered from Japan, or an item is made to order.
